They were very good at getting a showing as soon as the property came on the multi-list. The first property we contracted for fell through after the inspection. I backed out. They respected my decision.
After reviewing several other listings over a few months we found the house I fell in love with. It is a sellers market and they were smart enough to put in an escalation clause in our bid. So after the seller got multiple bids we activated the escalation clause and I got it.
They offered me choices and then respected my decisions. It all worked out perfect for me
