Students in Kentley Hills attend either the Summit View Elementary School or the Heritage Elementary School, both of which feed into Mountain Ridge Middle School and Mountain Vista High School. This central location within Highlands Ranch gives residents easy access to a multitude of parks where wildlife abounds in this beautiful area. Many of the Kentley Hills homes back up to greenbelts, and some homes offer spectacular views of the Front Range Mountains and Denver’s skyline.
Kentley Hills is close to both the Eastridge shopping area and the Southridge shopping area. The RTD light rail is about 15 minutes to the east side or west side rails, making it easy to travel to the attractions and sights in the metro Denver area. Downtown Denver is only about 15 miles and 30 minutes away and you can reach the Denver International Airport in about 40 minutes. Several large businesses are quick commutes away, using the light rail systems.
