Denver Home Prices

We have seen slight increase of the listing price on home prices in Denver. The market has been steady during the slow period. The end of the year, the holidays and the first month of the New Year are when we see that the Buyers that are in the market tend to be the most serious Buyers.  With less competition, your home could be a serious contender for one of these buyers that may be relocating to Denver.  As you can see from the graph below, listings are not selling at or above the asking price as they did in the first half of 2015. To make sure you don’t overpay for your home, you’ll want to have an agent or a team that does a thorough market analysis of the Denver home on which you are considering making an offer. In turn if you are considering selling, it is important to have an agent or team that will price your home realistically, not just tell you what you want to hear just to have their sign in your front yard and have your home sit on the market. This is what we call “Buying a Listing”.
