It has been considered one of the most affluent places in not only Colorado, but in the U.S.

Cherry Hills Village is a Home Rule Municipality located south of Denver and minutes away from I-25 and Light Rail stations. Anywhere you choose to live in Cherry Hills Village is going to be nothing short of luxurious. Cherry Hills Village has unique character and provides single-family homes and community south of Denver. Part of the larger Denver metro area, the city is currently working to develop a Village Center for community gatherings.
