If you’re anything like me, you love being informed about the major events going on in the city. In Denver, there is so much excitement going on around us. Whether it’s a new restaurant opening, a cocktail event, fundraiser, new art exhibit; you name it and this city has got it. Here’s a breakdown of some cool things happening in the great city of Denver in March.
There are two new restaurants opening in March that I am super excited about! Who doesn’t like pizza? One of the openings, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will be a casual, family-friendly pizzeria opening in the Denver Pavilions. Second, is Bruxie Gourmet Waffle Sandwiches opening at 1000 South Colorado Boulevard. This is their first store outside of California and the menu looks incredible.
That’s not all for food! Let’s talk pork! The Cochon 555 event is on its 6th year touring the US, showcasing the finest of heritage pork for your delight. This event includes seven chefs that will prepare 30 dishes from 11 tons of heritage pork just for you. Some of these chefs you may recognized from popular restaurants in Denver such as: Jennifer Jasinski of Rioja and Top Chef Masters, Justin Brunson of Old Major, Paul C. Reilly of Beast and Bottle, and many more. Beer will be Goose Island and there will be a competition on how to make the “Perfect Manhattan” drink. This event is on March 6th 4-8pm at Ritz Carlton Denver – 1881 Curtis St, Denver, CO 80202. If you hadn’t figured it out quite yet let me just be blunt; there’s plenty to do in Denver for the month of March. I didn’t even touch on the art exhibits, festivals, or the museum. There’s something for everyone here and that’s what makes Denver so great.
