This week we take a look at the city of Denver and what has happened with home values over the last few years. As you can see from the graph below Denver hit their high average price in early 2007 at $224,500 and then steadily declined to a present-day low of $203, 200. Overall we see that Denver is down 2.1 percent from this time last year according to Zillow. But some neighborhoods throughout Denver are up like Washington Park which is up almost a half percent since this time last year.
