It’s S Seller’s Market $300,000 and below in Denver

Dan Polimino tells us in this week’s market update that it is a seller’s market in the lower prices ranges. It’s the final three weeks of the Federal tax credit and it a highly competitive market for buyers and sellers in Denver. Dan says if you want to buy a home in the 200k range you better be prepared to pay full price and get a contract submitted as soon as the property comes on the market.
